Important mail gets buried

The invoice you need sits between ten promotions and a newsletter you never signed up for.

Your address is everywhere

Give your email to one shop or supplier and it ends up on lists you never agreed to. You can't take it back.

Finding it later means digging

Which email had the quotation? Was the bill paid? Answering means scrolling, searching and opening attachments one by one.

An address for every chapter of your life

You move to Sydney for a year. You get a SIM card, rent an apartment, join a gym, and every one of them asks for your email address.

Normally that address follows you for the rest of your life: renewal offers, marketing, and every list it gets shared to.

With THWIFT, each of them gets its own project and address. When the year is over, you end those projects and their mail stops for good. Your real email was never on their lists.

It works the same at home: an IKEA order for garden furniture, a car service, a one-off purchase. Give it a project, and end it when the furniture has arrived.

How THWIFT fixes it

No mail server, no forwarding rules, no technical setup. Your personal email stays yours.

  1. An address for every purpose

    Create a project such as “Swimming Pool”, or use your bills address. Its email address is ready the moment you click Create.

  2. Give it out instead of your own email

    Share it with the contractor, supplier, shop or service. Copy it, share it or show its QR code.

  3. Mail goes only where it's addressed

    Each message lands in its own project. THWIFT reads the documents: vendor, amounts, VAT and due dates, each with the exact text it came from.

  4. Done with it? End it

    When a project is over, end it and its address stops for good. If an address starts getting spam, pause it or turn it off. Nothing else changes.

The real answer to spam

Spam filters guess. THWIFT doesn't have to. Every address belongs to one purpose, so mail is either expected or it isn't, and you decide which addresses stay open.

  • Mail to an address nobody created is never delivered.
  • Turn an address off and mail to it stops for good. Your other addresses keep working.
  • Pause an address while a project is on hold, and resume it when you're ready.
  • Messages flagged as suspected spam are marked, and files carrying viruses are blocked before they're stored.
  • Your personal email address stays private, because you never hand it out.

Electricity and water, mobile and internet, software subscriptions: send them all to your bills address instead of your inbox.

Every value THWIFT reads shows where it was found in the document. Correct anything in one click; your correction always wins.

Arabic and English

Reads documents in either language, or both on one page, including Arabic-Indic digits and Hijri dates. The whole app works in Arabic, right to left.

Made for the UAE and Saudi Arabia

VAT and TRN numbers, AED and SAR amounts. Search everything later by vendor, document number or amount.

Private by design

Your documents are yours. These protections are built into how THWIFT works.

  • Each workspace is sealed off from every other one at the database level.
  • Every attachment is scanned for viruses before it's stored.
  • Mail is routed by its real delivery address, never by the visible “To” line, so a forged header can't redirect it.
  • Hosted on Amazon Web Services in Europe, served only over HTTPS, behind a web application firewall.
  • Documents are read by an AI model only to extract their details, and you always see what it read and where.

Questions

Does THWIFT replace my email?

No. Keep your email for people. Give THWIFT addresses to companies, suppliers, shops and services, the senders that fill an inbox.

What happens when a project is over?

End it. Its address is turned off for good: mail to it is no longer delivered, and the address is never given to anyone else. The project and its documents stay in your archive.

What happens if an address gets spam?

Turn it off. Mail to that address stops, and every other address keeps working. If you still need to hear from that sender, create a new address and give it only to them.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. Choose your THWIFT name once; after that, every project you create gets a working address immediately.

What does an address look like?

project-xxxx@yourname.thwift.com. The four random characters make addresses hard to guess.

What can people send?

Emails with PDFs, photos and Office documents up to 25 MB each. Unsafe file types are refused and viruses are blocked.

How do I get access?

THWIFT is in private preview. If you've been invited, sign in with your Google account.
